After almost 35 years elapsed from this event, we can affirm that what was previously reported by the press at that time is indeed true. Their description of a packed theatre followed by a great and memorable concert wasn’t definitely an exaggeration. At last, even the people who were not in attendance can listen to Baker and imagine him sitting on a chair center stage with his head bowed down, eyes closed and back arched forward, almost like he wanted to pretend the spectators were not present in order to fully concentrate on his music.
